About Us

Our Community
Our association, led by five elected Board of Directors, strives to keep our community attractive and inviting. We adhere to the guidelines established in our deed restrictions, which benefit all property owners in our subdivision and help preserve property values.
Our annual dues fund the maintenance of public areas, including plantings in the medians on Timberwood Circle, Cambridge Station, Windfall Trace, Penny Royal, Whetstone Way, and Shelbyville Road, as well as the entrance signs at Timberwood Circle at Hurstbourne Lane and Cambridge Station at Shelbyville Road.
The maintenance schedule for the area involves planting in the 63 plant beds twice a year, during the spring and fall. Tree maintenance is carried out as needed, with any necessary replacements being made in the fall. Turf issues are addressed as they arise.
The City of Jeffersontown maintains our streets and sidewalks, provides police protection including a bicycle patrol, and offers trash pickup and recycling services. They also operate and maintain the Jeffersontown-Plainview Swim and Tennis Center, located near the historic Tway House on Timberwood Circle. Visit the City of Jeffersontown for more information.

Our Board
As the Board of Directors of the Plainview Residents Association, we are excited to share our vision for shaping our beloved neighborhood into an even more vibrant and cohesive community. Our goal is to foster a neighborhood where every resident feels valued, safe, connected, and proud to call Plainview home.
The Board of Directors meetings take place at the Tway House on the second Wednesday of every other month at 6:00 PM. We encourage and welcome all residents to attend. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity for residents to voice their opinions, concerns, and suggestions about neighborhood issues, ensuring their views are heard and considered in the decision-making process.
