If you haven’t paid your yearly assessment, which was due back on 3/31, a late fee was added to your account. Statements have been mailed out to those who have not paid their assessments. A lien will be placed on your property, if not paid by 5/31 including legal fees. Please pay your assessment as soon as possible to avoid liens and legal fees.
