J-Town has requested that all residents refrain from placing debris—such as leaves, twigs, branches, or grass clippings—in the common ground areas. This type of material blocks water flow and can cause drainage issues. Recently, a few residents contacted J-Town about poor drainage in the common ground. Upon inspection, it was found that debris from some properties backing up to the common area had clogged parts of the drainage system. To help prevent this, please ensure the common ground behind your property remains clear so that water can flow freely.
